OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Competitive pressures are forcing executives to react faster to changing business conditions and customer requirements. Line managers and decision-makers need to have an efficient and effective system for day-to-day business operation with access to performance metrics that lead to the most appropriate activities.

Managers and others need to have access to the right information so that they can timely seize opportunities and deliver outstanding performance. Yet, much of today’s reporting consists of stale reporting of past results in financial terms that require much interpretation. Rather than after-the-fact box scores, executives need actionable information that helps track progress and predicts what is likely to happen next, unless something changes.

In short, what’s needed is a performance measurement and improvement system that orchestrates financial and operational success
